GameOver Guide: Final Fantasy XV Gaining tons of EXP!

The new update comes with a Timed Quests which is refreshed maybe on a monthly or weekly basis. The first Timed Quests SquareEnix has released it involves killing 100 Cactuars and Slactuars. Just so you know, each Cactuar will give you 3,333 exp but this cute enemies are a bit difficult to kill.

You can get the rewards only once. 10,000 EXP, 333 AP, 150,000 Gil and Oracle Ascencion Coin X2. But you can retry the quest multiple times for the experience.

Requirements:

• Gladiou's Impulse -Ascencion -> Technique -> Downhammer AP(8) -> Royal Guard AP(18) ->Impulse(72)  
• Lots of Spells, (NO FIRE attacks) combine spells with items to multiply them
• Ascencion - Technique -> Tech Strike AP(48) -> Tech Damage (99)
• Eat Mother and Child Rice Bowl (I think I bought this near Cape Caem)
• Backup Potions and High Potions.

First things first

I suggest you grind AP first and get Gladiou's Impulse by doing quests and leveling up. You need 98 for this skill. Then 147 AP for Tech Strike and Tech Damage. Why? Because you need to fill up the Tech Bar as fast as you could so Gladiou can use Impulse over and over without wasting your spells. 

Grind spells before going to the spot above(In Duscae Region, Cnuscherry Plains). Remember no fire spells. Maybe just combine it with other spells to adjust potency. Then add materials to multiply spell and increase potency. 

Next is to eat Mother and Child Rice Bowl, the recipe can be found in Lestallum. Camp and Eat Mother and Child Rice Bowl to give you a 30% exp boost. 

The Battle

Now go to the spot on the screenshot above, you'll see te Cactuars dancing on a open field. You'll see blue exclamation marks on their head then warp strike to start the battle. 

What I would do first here is to Throw a blizzard Spell when the Cactuars are near each other. DON'T LOOK AT YOUR SCREEN! Focus on the mini Map because this Cactuars are really fast and you won't have time to chase them with your eyes. the blizzard spell will wipe the first Cactuar wave. I think they spawn 10 at a time. 

Next, Gladiou should be ready with his Impulse spell. If not just dodge around in circles near Gladiou until the Tech Bar fills up so that the Cactuars will stay in place. If you have done what I've told you about learning the Tech Strike and Tech Damage then for sure your Tech Bar will fill up really really fast. 

Of course your HP will deplete fast due to the attacks of this Cactuars. No worries as they drop Max Potions and Remedies. This creatures do poison and confuse your party be sure to cure Noctis and Gladiou first. 

The idea here is to survive the wave while waiting for the Tech Bar to fill up and fast enough to heal the party when in need. 

If your successful, trust me the second time you do this it would be a piece of cake and maybe faster. 

Once you'v wipeout the Cactuars, Go to Golden Quay to multiply the Experience you'll gain. Repeat until you reach the level you need. ;) Good luck!
